Postpartum Journey: An Interview Documentary
This mini-documentary captures an intimate interview with a new mother as she opens up about the emotional and physical challenges of postpartum life. Created as part of my coursework, this project shines a light on the strength and resilience of mothers, providing an authentic look at the often-unspoken struggles and triumphs in the early months of motherhood.
Through this piece, I aimed to highlight the importance of support and self-care for mothers and to create a space where the realities of postpartum can be discussed openly. This documentary is both a tribute to my wife and a resource for families, friends, and healthcare providers who want to better understand and support the women in their lives.
